Citizenship-Test.com is intended to help people who are preparing for 'Canadian Citizenship Test'. Site was designed with more than 500 questions carefully taken from 'A Look At Canada' resource book. All test questions will be based on the content of this book. It is highly recommended that you study the book prior to making a test booking.

The actual citizenship test is a combination of multiple choice and short answer questions.

The questions in the test are about the privileges of citizenship, history, politics, economics and geography. A pass mark of 12 out of 20 is required. In addition, there are four mandatory questions the applicant must answer on the test. The applicant must pass three out of the four mandatory questions (concerning voting, citizenship responsibilities and elections).

We made these pages as simple and friendly as possible. Similar to the original test our Interactive Practice Test comes with 20 questions and you have 45 minutes to complete. This gives you plenty of time to choose your answers and check them again before the end. You do not need to rush to finish the test quickly; remember to use all of the time that you are given. When you start a test a counter on top right corner of the page will show you how many minutes remaining. When you finish answering all questions click on "FINISH" button on the bottom of the page, you will then be informed whether you have passed or failed. You will also see the questions once again with correct answers so that you can check it against what you have answered.

To start a test follow these simple steps:

• Take time to read each question
• Answer the questions one by one
• Once finished, click on "Finish" button

My Account

"MyAccount" section contains more resources to help you prepare for the test. You will see all tests you have previously completed, a graph will show you how you improve yourself in performing the test.

If you think you need to revise a certain chapter, click on "Read Handbook" link and choose the chapter name for a page by page reading. Please note that this facility is available only to the primium account holders, you can upgrade your basic membership to premium at any time in your 'myaccount' page.

Your account is valid for 30 days. However if you think you need more time you may extend your subscription at any time.

Sample test is FREE to everyone, however if you like to take our Interactive Practice Tests you need to subscribe to PREMIUM account. We recommend you select a PREMIUM account while you register, which will give you the access to our unlimited practice tests.
